LPCB certified to the latest revisions of EN54 parts 2 and 4, our new-look super-enhanced CFP conventional fire panel offers an array of user and installer-friendly features at a very competitive price.

Supplied in an attractive flush or surface mountable plastic enclosure, 2, 4 and 8 zone versions are available, each featuring four conventional sounder circuits, class change and alert inputs, on-board fire and fault relays and combined keypad/keyswitch entry.A wide range of engineering functions are also provided including selectable zone delays, coincidence and non-latching zone facilities. Comprehensive test and fault finding facilities are also provided.

  • Available in two 4 zone models. The Easizon D-020 is expandable to 12 and 20 zones while the Easizon D-036 is expandable to 28 and 36 zones.
  • Being extremely compact and user-friendly, given their fast trouble-free installation and uncomplicated programming procedures, these control panels are ideal for all small and medium applications.
  • Packed with numerous functions like timers, equational logic, etc. as well as functions for extensive flexibility like automatic output balancing, multifunction inputs, customizable outputs, gas function integration, etc.
  • Innovative connectivity capabilities (RS485 BUS for power supply stations, Internet connection, etc.), provide the tranquillity of knowing for sure that this powerful tool is capable of satisfying every need of every type of installation.
  • Supervised outputs (one on the motherboard and one on each added expansion) for the activation of audio-visual signalling devices, a customizable relay output, fault signaling outputs and two 24V outputs (one constant and one interruptible by installer-defined conditions).
  • Customizable control interface is made possible via a terminal that comes with each detection zone. It can be configured as: open-collector output (activated by programmable conditions), supervised input, or Gas 4-20mA detector interface.
  • Easy-to-read system information is obtained through the graphic display and LEDs on the frontplate.
  • 4 remote repeater panels (EasiLetUSee/LCD-Lite) are supported by RS485 BUS. These repeater panels replicate all the fire alarm system data and allow users to access and control the system in accordance with their authorized access level. The BUS also supports two power-supply stations which can be connected to allow supervision of their functionality, and activation/deactivation of their output power during predefined conditions.
  • Straightforward and trouble-free system programming from the control panel is achieved via easy- to-follow instructions on the display.
  • Intuitive programming is made possible via SmartLeague, an optional software that greatly simplifies the programming procedure plus allowing more controls.
  • Remote access via the Internet is realized by SmartLAN/485 board which allows the control panel to be connected to an Ethernet network. Once the remote connection has been established, it is possible to modify the configuration parameters, upload/download programming data and/or manage the system by means of the supervisory software based on SmartLook graphic maps.


DEMCO Photoelelctric Smoke Detector D-213 with its new sensor design incorporates an internal pulsing LED and a photo-diode at an obtuse angle, is ideal for applications where slow-burning or smouldering fires are likely.

The D-213 has an advanced solid-state, low-voltage, surface-mount circuitry and are designed for 2-Wire installation using the D3X001 universal base. The detector head is installed into the base with a simple twist-lock action.

The 360-degree detector designed permits operation in open areas with air velocities form 0 to 300fpm.

A fine wire mesh extending between offsets ports in the exterior and interior walls screens insects from the chamber and obstructs light from passing directly to the interior part.


DEMCO Heat Detectors D-103/D-103-3 employ the principle of electrothermodynamics, the science of relation between heat and electromechanical works. They are professionally designed to work reliably with most fire detection system with central control equipment. These units feature a double stage fire detection by employing two distinct methods: Rate-of-Rise and Fixed Temperature, both of which are open circuits designs designed to close an electrical circuit open activation. The DEMCO D-103/D-103-3 Heat Detectors meet the requirement of UL521.

DEMCO Heat Detector D-133-2’s new sensor design incorporates an internal pulsing LED as well as an advanced solid-state, low-voltage, surface-mount circuitry specially designed for 2-Wire installation using the D32003 and D34003 universal bases. The detector head can be easily installed onto the base with a simple twist-lock action.


DEMCO Manual Call Point D-108 is suitable for open or closed circuit system and is professionally designed for use in fire detection systems with central control equipment. Alternative terminals are provided for open or closed circuits. When wired for open circuit operation, the circuit closes instantly when the glass is smashed.

Openings are provided for 3/4″ Ø conduit entries from top, bottom and the back. The casings are moulded from specially selected engineering plastic, which comes in 5 different colours, with high impact strength, high resistance to heat. All metal parts are made of brass and phosphor bronze to ensure life long resistance against corrosion. A high reliability micro switch is also included.

D-108 is designed to meet the requirements of BS5839 Part 2, EN54 Part 2 and approved by Australian Standard AS1603 Part 5.


DEMCO Resettable Manual Call Point D-128’s simple ‘RESET’ mechanism consists of tough ABS plastic operating elements that simulates break glass activation. It is instantly reusable without environmental hazard caused by fragments of broken glass–making it very suitable for used in food processing plants and places that are prone to false activations such as schools, shopping malls and other high traffic areas.

D-128 is professionally designed for both open and close circuit system. Alternate terminals are provided for open and close circuits. When wired for open circuit operation, the circuit closes instantly when activated.

Demco Resettable Manual Call Point D-128 also meets the requirements of BS5839 Part 2 and EN54 Part 1.


DEMCO Alarm Bells are professionally designed to meet the needs of fire fighting and detection system with central control equipment. The simplicity of the design incorporates fewer working parts, easy installation and high level of efficiency capable for operating under most adverse conditions. DEMCO Alarm Bells are designed to meet the requirement of EN54-3:2001.


DEMCO Electronic Sounder D-145’s compact design is acoustically very efficient, capable of generating high sound output at low current levels. Both models have a wide angle uniform sound distribution providing good audibility in all directions, thus making them ideal for fire, security and hazard warning. These conventional wall mount devices are available in 4 alarm tones (DC) with locally controllable output levels capable of adjusting the sound intensity to suit intended application. Both D-145 and D-145WP operate over a wide input voltage range, and if required, a second stage alarm can be switched to override the selected tone by using a third wire. These versatile features allow both models to work seamlessly with most detection systems incorporating central control equipment.

Combining performance and functionality, DEMCO D-145 and D-145WP are designed to be fully comply with EN54 and if you need additional protection for your outdoor applications there are always IP65 rated D-145WP at your disposal. For general purpose applications, AC version of these beautiful looking devices are available as D-145AC albeit in 3 alarm tones.


DEMCO’s Remote Indicator is specifically designed for use in fire alarm systems. By incorporating a Ultra Bright LED that is clearly visible when lighted, its primary use is to indicate the activation of an out-of-sight smoke or heat detector or a fire alarm sounder circuit.
